I need help from the LJ brain trust...

Photoshop TV is having a photo contest:

Enter to win an all-expense paid trip to New York City and $1,000 worth of merchandise from B&H Photo.

Entrants may submit up to three (3) original images. Images can be altered in Photoshop® but can also be unretouched digital photographs.

To enter, complete our online entry form and upload each image separately. Please use the following format guidelines:

  • JPG and JPEG format only
  • No larger than 1MB per image
  • No larger than 1024 pixels at widest or longest measurement
  • Images must be original work of the person submitting them

There are no categories or anything. The winner will just be the one photo they like the best. I will be entering 3 pictures but haven't decided which yet. That is where y'all come in...

My photo gallery is here:  http://www.dreamflyte.com/gallery/main.php/v/Sharon/life/
If you are bored and have time to spare, feel free to drop in, browse a while, and tell me what your favorite photo or photos are over there.

The contest is a long shot because I'm sure there will be a ton of entries and only one winner, but if I had $1000 B&H dollars I would find a way to pony up the extra $$ to get a lens like that one I rented in February!

Oh, also, if you don't feel like going through the album, clicking on my 'pics' tag should get you most of the posts I've made that have pictures (since I started tagging, at least)

Everyone has voted for the seashell so far! I'm going to have to check to see what kind of quality the file is though, since that one was shot old school on film. :)

I'm rather fond of feather & moss too. :)

I only want to go to B&H if I have a buttload of money to spent!

Lordy......so many of what you have are have a chance to win.....the two that stand out for me is birch bay 122 the sea shell and the June 2006 Asian Lady Beetle. Then I love the butterflies and the one full view of the black/yellow one with it's wings spread out I love too.....

Lots of people are loving the seashell one! I've got the Asian lady beetle on my list of faves too (and I used it in my calendar!)

I'm probably gonna do a post this weekend with ones people suggest to get "votes"
Which butterflies are your favorites?
(feel free to just post the long ugly url in comments)

I'm trying to get to the butterflies but I can't access the pics......the ONE I really like is of the black butterfly with yellowish circles on the outspread wings. There are a few others, but that one sticks out big time for me......

Oooh. I like that one. You don't happen to have the credit of who made it, do you?

*sigh*
Oh well. I like to credit the icon makers, but this one is too cool to not use.
Thank you!

Figured out who to credit because it's the same style as the one Kimber is using *points up comment tree* up there.
Yay! Me likes!
